These terms govern use of the Catalogvectorhub website and the commissioned sittings described on it: product usage insight reviews, visualization commissions, usage reading workshops, and monthly insight packs. The studio is Catalogvectorhub, working from Level 12, 19 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia. By requesting work or using this site you accept these terms. If you are commissioning on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Sittings, not software

Catalogvectorhub supplies drawings, written readings, and facilitated sittings. We do not grant access to measuring software, live chart walls, or a hosted product. Quotes are informational until a written confirmation names the flow, the fee, and the diary dates.

Your traces

You remain responsible for having the right to share usage files, session recordings, and related notes with us. You should strip personal details that are not needed for the reading. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to produce the pack and the sitting, unless a court in Georgia requires disclosure.

Intellectual property

Nino’s pictures, the written keys, and the pack layout remain Catalogvectorhub’s copyright. You receive a licence to use the finished pack inside your organisation, including board papers and internal walls. You may not resell the pictures, pass them off as in-house studio work, or train a model on them. Your product, trademarks, and raw traces remain yours.

Liability

We draw from the traces you supply. If the files are thin, delayed, or wrongly named, the pack will show that. Catalogvectorhub is not liable for commercial decisions you take after a briefing, for lost profits, or for errors that come from incomplete files. Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fees paid for that sitting, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit — for example in cases of wilful misconduct.

Site use

Do not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is provided so you can decide whether to commission work. It is not legal, financial, or employment advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in Georgia says otherwise. We may update these terms; the version on this page on the date you commission work is the one that applies to that sitting.
