Usage reading workshop
A half-day sitting where your team practises reading traces from your own product, on paper.
The usage reading workshop is for a team that already stares at weekly numbers and still leaves the room with three different stories. For four hours we work on paper with traces from your product, not a sample from another company.
Giorgi brings printed sheets: a noisy week, a quiet week, a drop after a release, a loop around one screen. The group marks pauses and returns with pencil, then says out loud what they think they see. Tamar keeps the sitting from sliding into redesign talk. You leave with a shared vocabulary for the next ordinary Monday, and with the marked sheets.
The group is capped at eight so everyone has to mark a page. We need a week’s notice to print from your files. The studio room on Aghmashenebeli Avenue is the usual place; we will come to an office in Tbilisi if the table is large enough and the traces can be shown without putting other customers’ details on the wall. Lunch is not included. A no-show for more than half the named group is treated as a sitting that still used the room — see the refund note.
