Refunds, postponements, and work already on the table

This note applies to the sittings Catalogvectorhub actually offers: product usage insight reviews, visualization commissions, usage reading workshops, and monthly insight packs. It does not cover software licences, shipped goods, or subscriptions we do not sell.

Refund requests go to hello@catalogvectorhub.digital or +995 32 555 9720, with the sitting date and the invoice number. We reply within five working days.

Product usage insight review

A third of the fee holds the diary. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the agreed briefing, that diary fee is returned minus any hours already spent reading files (billed at GEL 120 an hour, capped at the diary fee). Inside fourteen days the diary fee is kept because the room and Nino’s weeks are already blocked. If we have not yet started reading, the remaining two thirds are not charged. If drawing has begun, we invoice for work done and return the unused balance of the two thirds.

If Catalogvectorhub postpones a briefing for studio reasons (illness, building closure), you may move the sitting or take a full refund of fees paid for work not yet delivered.

Visualization commission

If we stop at a sketch because the file cannot support the question, you receive the unused balance minus reading hours. A finished picture that matches the agreed question is not refundable because the drawing cannot be unsold. If the picture is not what was agreed — wrong flow, wrong weeks — we redraw once or refund the fee, at your choice.

Usage reading workshop

A GEL 600 deposit holds the half-day. Cancel more than seven days ahead and the deposit returns. Inside seven days the deposit is kept. If more than half the named group does not arrive, the sitting still used the room and the remaining fee is due; we will not rerun the half-day for the absentees without a new booking. Rescheduling once, with seven days’ notice, is free. A second move is treated as a cancellation.

Monthly insight pack

The first three months are a minimum. After that, thirty days’ written notice ends the pack. The month already in drawing is billed. August pauses you request still count toward the minimum if they fall inside it.

Work already started, materials, no-shows

Printed packs already bound are not returnable for a refund of print costs (usually a small line on the invoice). Digital files of a finished pack are yours under the licence in the terms; we do not claw them back when a later invoice is disputed — we settle in money instead. A no-show at a booked briefing, without notice the working day before, is treated as a delivered sitting for the diary fee.

How money comes back

Refunds go by the same method you used to pay, within ten working days after we agree the amount. Bank transfers inside Georgia are typical. We do not send cash. Partial refunds are itemised.

Exceptions

If Georgian consumer rules give you a stronger right than this note, those rules win. This studio does not sell physical catalogues for mail order, event tickets to the public, or gift cards, so those refund customs do not apply here.
