How we handle personal details

Catalogvectorhub is the controller of personal details collected through this website and through commissioned sittings. Correspondence: Level 12, 19 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Tbilisi 0102; hello@catalogvectorhub.digital; +995 32 555 9720. We follow the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, the kind of sitting, an optional preferred date, a description of the product or flow, and your message. From email and phone: whatever you choose to send. From a commission: usage files and recordings you transfer, which may include personal details if you did not strip them. From the site itself: a cookie preference stored in your browser if you accept or reject extra cookies — see the cookie note.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers, health records, or identity documents on this site.

Why we hold them

We reply to enquiries, produce the pack you commissioned, run the briefing, invoice, and keep records required under Georgian accounting rules. Legal bases are your request to enter a sitting, our legitimate need to run the studio, and legal obligation for invoices.

How long

Enquiry notes that do not become sittings are kept for twelve months. Commission files are kept for twenty-four months after the final pack, then deleted or returned, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or for tax records. Invoices are kept for the period Georgian tax rules require. Cookie preference lives in your browser until you clear it.

Who else sees them

Hosting for this static site, email carriage, and (when we print) a Tbilisi print shop that binds packs. We do not sell lists. If a processor sits outside Georgia, we use a written arrangement and only send what the sitting needs.

International transfers

Some email or hosting routes may pass through servers outside Georgia. When that happens we rely on contractual clauses and on minimising what is sent. Recordings should be stripped before they travel.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your details, a correction, deletion where the law allows, a restriction, or an objection to a legitimate-interest use. You may lodge a complaint with Georgia’s personal data protection authority. These rights are not unlimited — invoices, for example, cannot be erased on request.

To exercise a right, write to hello@catalogvectorhub.digital. We respond within the time the Georgian law sets.
