How a Catalogvectorhub fee is built
Fees follow the sitting, not a menu of named tiers. The numbers below are starting points; a messy archive or a second language is quoted before we begin.
Catalogvectorhub charges for time at the table, drawing hours, and the printed pack. We do not sell monthly access to software. Georgian lari (GEL) is the billing currency. Invoices can include a VAT line when the engagement requires it.
| Sitting | Starting fee | What moves the number |
|---|---|---|
| Product usage insight review | From GEL 4,800 | Length of the flow, cleanliness of exports, extra language, a second sitting |
| Visualization commission | From GEL 1,200 per picture | Whether the file actually supports the question; rush hand-off inside three days |
| Usage reading workshop | GEL 2,400 per half-day | On-site in Tbilisi outside the avenue room; groups above eight are split |
| Monthly insight pack | GEL 1,800 per month | Three-month minimum; extra pictures billed as commissions |
A third of a review fee holds the diary. Visualization commissions are due when the finished picture is handed over, unless a sketch stop was agreed. Workshop places are held with a GEL 600 deposit per sitting. Monthly packs are billed at the start of each month.
What we need in order to quote
Write with the product name, the flow, how far back the traces go, and whether the sitting must be in the Tbilisi room or on video. If personal details cannot leave your building, say so; we can work from stripped files, but Giorgi needs to know before intake.
Rush work — a board pack due inside a week — is sometimes possible in winter, rarely in August. We would rather decline than deliver a thin picture.
Ask for a written estimate. Estimates are free and do not hold a date until the diary fee is paid.
