We do not need your whole archive. For a two-to-four-week review of one flow, Giorgi can sit with a few dozen recordings, not a few hundred. Send the ones that reach the named flow, including the ones that fail. Pretty completions without failures make a polite pack and a useless briefing.
Strip what you can before the files leave your building. Faces in camera captures. Full card numbers. Home addresses that are not needed to understand the pause. Login tokens in the URL bar. If you cannot strip a class of detail, write that in the intake note; we will refuse the transfer rather than store it badly.
Name the files with the date, the flow, and a short outcome: 2026-01-08_checkout_left-at-address.mp4. A folder of recording(3).mov costs a day. If the player needs a vendor login we do not have, export a local copy. We work on ordinary machines on Level 12; we will not install a new viewer for one sitting.
Georgian-language audio is welcome. English briefings can still use those recordings; Tamar will not pretend she heard a sentence she did not. If two languages appear in one flow, say so — that is often the pause.
Bring a colleague who can watch a minute of tape and say which screen it is. Without that person, we spend the first week guessing at names. That is not a usage reading; it is a tour of your sitemap.
